On Thursday I decided to try my hand at baguette making. It was all going pretty well until the dough wouldn't slide off the peel properly and that's when they became the strange shapes that they are.
The taste of fresh baked bread thoughout the hovel also added to the allure.

I thought you were German now, I think that type of bread tans nicely.
