WHEN THE MOON HITS YOUR EYE LIKE A ....

1 Cup lukewarm water
1 tsp sugar
1 pkg granular yeast
1 tsp salt
1/4 Cup cooking oil
1 3/4 Cup sifted all purpose flour
1 Cup whole wheat flour

Add the 1 tsp sugar to the 1 Cup lukewarm water in a large mixing bowl and sprinkle yeast over top, give it one stir and let soak for 10 minutes. Then add the salt and oil and all but 1/4 Cup of the flour. Mix as well as you can, then turn out on a board floured with the remaining 1/4 Cup four and knead 100 times. Return to greased bowl. Cover and let rise until doubled. Punch down and with floured hands divide into 2 balls. Have ready to 15" pizza pans and on each press a ball of dough with palms to form a very thin uniform circle 12" in diameter, slightly thicker at edges.

Top as desired but take care to not over sauce or top as the dough will not cook through. Bake at 400 about 25 to 30 minutes until dough is well baked at the bottom, cheese is melted and top is bubbling hot. Serve at once!
