NOT EVEN THE PRIESTESS / WITH HER WRENCHES AND SECRET POWERS

I saw the New Pornographers tonight and it was an awesome show. Up to four vocalists, one trumpet, three guitars, two keyboards, and a drummer. Neko Case did an awesome impression of the priestess (Stevie Nicks) while they covered Fleetwood Mac’s Dreams. Man I love that song “… and what you had, and what you lost …oh thunder …”



















I went by myself which is becoming more and more of a prevalent theme. The thing is I never seem to stay alone very long. I seem to be getting much more outgoing, it’s pretty fun to just talk and hang out with strangers.

The newest New Pornographers album is really good and I suggest you all steel it right away (and by all I mean the four of you that read this blog).

But for now I can’t help but belt out a little Joe Dassin:
